This seems a very informative and healing pod. I docked one star for this reason: on the first episode I took in, the hosts, who have a website, a patreon account, a Facebook page, an instagram page, a YouTube channel, and a twitter feed, all for following them, and who recorded and uploaded a podcast intending that I listen to them over Bluetooth from my iPhone… nevertheless spent a long time in this particular episode decrying the younger generations who spend all their time on iPhones not exp... more
Jason’s teachings are always on point. He tells it as it is. This content has helped my life tremendously. Forever grateful.
I look forward to listening to each episode and I practice jediism even though it’s a fictional belief Gregory’s podcast teaches aspects of jediism which in turn incorporates Buddhism and Taoism. Thank you Gregory and May the Force be with you.
Complete ignorance and hypocrisy regarding the romanticizing of primitive lifestyles - people doing without modern advancements such as flush toilets and tractors being admirable, while the presenter uses every modern technology available to promote himself and his products. Romanticizing the poor and homeless is just plain ignorant and cruel, a disservice to a venerable path.

A thoughtful, philosophy-forward program exploring Eastern and Western insights, spirituality, and cognitive science through accessible conversations and solo reflections. Episodes commonly center on non-dualism, meditation, Taoism, Vedanta, and Buddhist ideas, often tying ancient texts to modern life, media noise, and digital well-being. The show tends to blend rigorous ideas with practical guidance for neutral thinking, humility, and mindful living, making it appealing to listeners who want deeper understanding without dogma. A notable strength is the co-host dynamic that pairs Jason Gregory's philosophical framing with Gayoung's complementary perspective, offering a balanced, approachable entry point into complex traditions while featuri... more
