Your podcast is very informational. I would love to know how fasting is good for the body I always correlated it with spiritual fasting not physical, so I'd be completely interested in that subject.
I love how Kim brings real, impactful conversations and lets the fluff sit on the table :) She has this knack for really being easy connect to, which makes me want to listen in and see what she has to say next, but then also brings the fun without so much seriousness. She is hitting real topics that all of us stuggle with at points in our lives and lays it all out so we don't feel so alone. Love listening to Kim!
I love the way Kim commands the interviews. She has a beautiful way of being out the best in her guests, especially the valuable information they bring. She is a powerhouse of a coach in her own right.
