So helpful to understand self in relationships, whether family, friends, work or society. As a beginning family therapist it’s invaluable for me in learning Bowen Theory but also great to share with others. No therapy training needed as it’s very accessible.
This is an excellent podcast- run by knowledgeable therapists and theorists delving deeply into human behaviour. Worth a listen for therapists and anyone interested in expanding their thinking into human nature.
