  • Impossibly long-winded

    I tried, I really tried listening to this podcast with an open mind because I wanted to learn more about Bowen family systems. But in the episodes I listened to, the two speakers — Dixie and Katie — are so unaware of their speaking style, which is long-winded and replete with “like” and “you know” that it was just making it hard to listen. Nevertheless, I gave it a go, and I listened to the whole thing. And when reading the transcript, it’s even worse. So— please give your listeners something mo... more

    So helpful to understand self in relationships, whether family, friends, work or society. As a beginning family therapist it’s invaluable for me in learning Bowen Theory but also great to share with others. No therapy training needed as it’s very accessible.
