I love this show. and Jake seems cool and into many different things like I use to be into. His guest are cool and different!
Only kinda annoying thing is when Jake talks more than his guest and talks over them(he does do it quite often or try’s to finish sentences). he also repeats the same thing he mentioned many many times in many episodes(sometimes back to back). It may be new for his guest but definitely not new for the listener. Besides that it’s enjoyable!
I say listen to it. 🥳

This podcast is great. Jake is super personable with his guests, who are usually friends of his, and a few minutes in you feel like they're your friends too. The guests on this show have such interesting stories and there's no "one style fits all" format. Jake and his guests will cover different topics from swapping childhood stories and family issues to projects they're working on and finding their place in the universe.
It's nice to have a podcast I can listen to whenever, that's not focused... more

I am finishing up the latest episode and I need more! Absolutely brilliant and warm show, host Jake is wonderful about being open and honest with his guests without turning things like struggling childhoods into the only thing the show discusses. He is great about moving the conversation forward and make sure to hit many points throughout the guests lives.

I have listened to a handful of episodes so far and I have enjoyed each one more than the last. Elaborate has very in depth interviews with artists and performers from a variety of backgrounds. The host Jake Lloyd has a skilled knack for tapping into the inner light of each of his guests. Their passions come out in conversation and it makes for a great listen. High recommendation.

Came here from wrestling compadres and i love jakes style when talking to people. This is a fun show that has made me emotional more than i thought it would but its also really funny. I just wish he would do episodes with his compadres cohosts scott narver and dale rutledge!
