I’m so excited I found this podcast. I recently did the training to be a Global Schools Advocate, and I am racking my brain to think of ways to integrate sustainable development education at my school in Thailand. Mel’s experience with middle school is exactly the situation at our school. Next week, I’m going to get my head around what’s going on in ES and what’s going on in HS, and then I’ll craft a plan to bridge the gap in MS. Thanks for getting me started on this journey!
I have been involved in science education for over 25 years and served as Global Citizenship Coordinator, Sustainability Coordinator, and Edible Education coordinator at amazing school across the world. During this time I have had the pleasure of working closely with both Sandra and Laurence and highly recommend them in these fields. They are incredibly knowledgeable in these fields and are creative thinkers who care deeply about educating youth to bring positive change.
