This latest episode about the fitness test brought back memories of my kids doing “fitness” tests and my own experiences trying to climb a rope. I hope more and more people listen to this podcast and learn as much as I have. This is just such a valuable resource.
I took some time today to listen to your show!! Ed on Ed, is a fantastic podcast with great info, advice, and perspectives. You won't regret listening to and learning from the podcast.
Dr. Ed and Liz did a great job of presenting the story of Zoya, showing the complexity of addressing the factors that help and hinder caring for those with eating disorders. Kudos!
I love this podcast! The latest episode was awesome! I hope there will be more interviews in the future!
