I came across this podcast just a few weeks ago and it has quickly become one of my favourites! Mary Shenouda is a brilliant host, very skilled in the art of interviewing her amazing guests. Can’t wait to see how it grows and what guests she’ll have on in 2024!
I know Mary personally. I have spent more than a few nights out with her talking philosophy, life, health, fitness and business. Her brain is one of my favorite things. She is brilliant, humble, insightful and beautiful in all the ways. I am so excited for everyone who now gets to sit down and get a dose of her brilliance. Miss you and love you my friend. — Jade
