I loved episode #159 with Rachel Dreskin but was frustrated to hear her give stats on vegans based on sales of vegan processed foods. Many vegans like me rarely use processed “meats,” etc., so when you’re estimating how many vegans there are in the world, don’t forget that lots of us are literally plant-based. Veggies, beans, nuts, seeds! Thank you for your podcasts.
Really great interviews from very inspiring individuals within the plant based community.
