Drum Corps AF

Drum Corps AF

Drum Corps AF is an irreverent podcast about drum corps and the marching arts. John and Nick love the activity, but we also get sick of all the saccharine BS that passes for commentary. Call it snark or call it shade, it’s what we do. But at the end of the day, we still love drum corps.

  • Bring John and Nick back!

Long time listener, and I’ve never left a review for anything but for the love of God, please never bring DrumsDownUnder on again; mega cringe “comedy” (and this is a podcast about drum corps for God’s sake). Fossil Chops is doing his best, but the real heart of it comes from the OGs John and Nick. I’ll give the last star when that happens

  • Extremely not tedious

I just started listening about a month ago and am almost caught up, but it is by far my favorite podcast. I’m pretty young but have been around the activity for a while and thought I knew a lot about Drum Corps but realized I’m just a baby👶🏼 These guys aren’t afraid to talk smack and spill some tee, but know when to get serious. They offer a great platform for anyone to voice their opinion with little judgment (for the most part). John and Nick (Kelly, Fossil Chops, and Sara) you guys are amaz... more

  • Unfathomably tedious

Been listening to this podcast for about a year now, and it’s a great platform to cover drum corps. John and Nick are super entertaining, and having a fellow cavalier cover drum corps to such a big audience is awesome. I’m always excited for the next episode. (One of these days I’ll call in) It’s really nice to have a touch of drum corps in my life, even if we didn’t get a summer this year. Thanks guys, keep it up!

  • Necessary and fun

I started listening to this a couple of weeks ago and have gotten through about 12 hours of episodes without ever feeling like it was tedious or boring. I like entertaining content. This is definitely that. They sometimes get a bit irreverent, will throw some shade at groups who's design staff or musical staff have a failed effort but John and Nick never let me forget how much they love the activity, appreciate the kids and just want it to be better. I especially appreciate (I almost wrote enjoy... more
