夜中に突然起こる「こむら返り」。運動中や睡眠中に足がつって、激しい痛みで目が覚めることはありませんか？
そんなときに頼りになるのが、漢方薬の「芍薬甘草湯」です。筋肉の緊張をゆるめ、即効性があることで知られています。まさにレスキュー薬といえる存在です。
