This podcast has changed the trajectory of my motherhood journey, and I do not say that lightly! After episode one, I read the book talked about and absolutely fell in love with the ideas. And I have eaten every episode up since.
This podcast completely reoriented my perspective on motherhood from something that felt overall like a sacrifice to an inspiring and empowering creative pursuit that’s about so much more than emptying my cup for the sake of my children. Every single episode is just SO good—I wish all women could hear from what Elle and her guests have to share.
I binged Elle’s podcast when I discovered it this summer and almost every episode makes me teary because it brings out truths about womanhood and motherhood that are rare to hear in the world. She inspires me to lean in and love this stage even more. This is not your average motherhood podcast. It gets to the deep stuff of the soul.
This is not just another podcast on motherhood. Elle’s insights make you feel seen and known without making you feel dumb. She gives purpose to the phase of motherhood you’re in and makes you feel like a goddess instead of a failure. It has been my lifeline in postpartum.
I have loved learning new perspectives on motherhood from this podcast. There have been several insights that’s I have been holding onto lately from it’s good to use yourself up and being your own HR department as a mom. Keep it up, Elle!
I love these lessons and how easy it is to apply to my life. Even when my motherhood journey has been a bit different with a special needs child, I’ve found it so easy and rewarding to learn from and apply.
A must listen for moms!
