カシミール紀行第3回は、あまり知られていないカシミールの日常茶のお話。前回のヌーンチャイはピンクで派手のため話題を集めますが、カシミールの人が毎日何杯も飲んでいるのは実はスパイス入り緑茶のカワです。緑茶を使っているのに緑茶の味がしない。中には茶葉が入っていなくても「カワ」と呼ばれるものもある。今回も引き続き、カシミールのお茶事情に迫っていきます。
