Great podcast to listen to whilst going through or recovering burnout. Burnout is a lonely isolating experience and Dr Claire normalises the experience and gives helpful tips for recovery process.
As someone who due to burnout has recently resigned from the NHS after a 14 year career, I have recently read a lot of articles on this subject. None have resonated with me so well as this podcast; the first episode could have been someone reading my thoughts and describing my feelings and experience. Thank you so much for sharing your honest and intelligent account of this awful, life-changing and insidious occurrence, and for demonstrating to me that there is light at the end of this tunnel.
