Have more recently jumped on the podcast train due to long commutes and I'm happy I had this for this life transition of mine. Braden and Bre are authentic to their personalities and along the way you hear interesting perspectives for mental health that don't need to be relative for you to be interesting. I've found my first favortie podcasters here and I can listen to them all day - it's that level of comfort. Considering it's their first whack at this, there might be some better episodes than ... more

This podcast is super timely in my life, as I am engaged to someone who just got “diagnosed” with bipolar disorder. I’m grateful to live in this day and age where I can just click on my Podcast app and listen to Bree and Brayden speak calmly about how to take care of our mental health. LOVE LOVE LOVE this podcast. Breanna and Braden you guys are absolutely amazing. I appreciate you talking about mental health and your own experiences with depression and anxiety. I’ve always know that I’m an anxious person myself, but this podcast made me really understand it more. Which is hilarious cause my degree is in human services and my track I focused on was mental illness. Braden, I’ve never met you, but a lot of what you’ve shared I can really relate too. Sorry for the rant but you gu... more
Thank you to these wonderful people for talking about mental illness. It is something that so many people struggle in silence with and listening truly makes me feel like I am not alone in my feelings.
I was shaking my head in agreement non-stop! I am so excited to hear more from these two. Additionally, they both have very soothing podcasting voices; a must for this kind of emotional, powerful content. Their awareness of their privilege and their willingness to bring in diverse voices is *amazing.* I can’t wait for the next episode!
I was digging the first episode, can't wait to see how it evolves. I'd love to hear a relationship episode.
Love how comfortable they sound like talking to friends. Their openess about their lives and their knowledge make each story or piece of advice a genuine and helpful lesson.
