This show is as good as it gets. As long as you can tolerate a 15-30 min segment each show (and I mean every show) about how much better LeBron is than MJ. Otherwise a great show!

Ruther, Praino & the rest give good podcast. Not sure about a lot of what they're going on about (does it really matter if colleges play each other at anything?) but then again I'm happy with a 5 day cricket Test.......... Looking forward to the day someone truly snaps and goes postal - my money is on Goldberg @johncarson64
For the most part a really enjoyable pod that mixes sports opinion with a left field combination of comedy, social commentary and middle aged man issues.
I really enjoy listening to it when I’m walking my dog who benefits from an extra long walk as I like to finish the pod before we get home.
Joe needs to seek some professional treatment for his obsession with Taylor Swift.
9/10 Keep up the good work!
I have a short attention span and it’s hard for me to care about anything for a long period of time. I’ve listened to this podcast for 6 years and haven’t missed one episode. I don’t know what I would do without Praino and Ruther.

Two longtime hosts deliver fast-paced, banter-heavy sports talk with heavy emphasis on current events, hot takes, and pop-culture detours. Episodes blend live sports analysis (NBA, NFL, and beyond) with personal stories, anecdotes from daily life, impersonations, and running jokes. Sponsorship reads and fan interaction are recurring elements, signaling a highly promotional and community-driven show that leans into humor as a vehicle for sports commentary. Notable throughlines include debates over league narratives, media personalities, and the business side of sports, all delivered with a blunt, irreverent tone that keeps the conversations messy but entertaining. The format's strength likely lies in character-driven banter, guest interrupti... more
