NHK大河ドラマにジョン万次郎の「ジョン万」が決まったこと。これで「らんまん」「あんぱん」「ジョン万」と高知三大マンドラマが決まったということで嬉しいです。どんなドラマになるか楽しみですね。
そがべ花園の推しでは、これからの夏の花苗、夏野菜苗の話をしました。いろいろ物価高ではありますが、今苗を植えて楽しみながら食卓にも華が添えられたらいいなと思います。

今週は、高知のひょうたん桜公園で桜を見て、土佐久礼の西岡酒造でお酒を買い、カツオで一杯やった話と、高知県の桑瀬川でのアマゴ釣りの話です。
ひょうたん桜はすでに散り始めていましたが、その風景もまた味わいがあってよかったです。高知の友人に「久礼のお酒がおいしいで！」と勧められたのがきっかけで西岡酒造のファンになり、そこから日本酒の美味しさを知りました。さらに佐川の友人から司牡丹の「自由は土佐の山間より」や「二割の麹が八割の味を決める」を教えてもらい、高知のカツオと日本酒の相性の良さを実感。まさに自... more
今週は、センバツ高校野球に出場した母校「高知農業高校」について話しました。
35年前、在学していた頃の高知農業高校には野球部自体がなく、甲子園はどこか別の学校の話のように感じていました。当時はサッカー部や陸上部が強く、全国レベルの選手たち――いわば“ゴリラみたいにたくましい人たち”が大勢いて、校訓の「誠実・勤労・剛健・協調」の中でも、特に「剛健」が際立っていた印象があります。だから、もし野球部があったら、きっと強いチームができるのではないかと思っていました。

佐川町のキリン館で越智篤史展を観て、司牡丹でお酒を買って牧野公園を散歩して… なんと充実したドライブでしょう。ぜひ週末三連休は佐川町の町並みを散策してみてはいかかでしょうか。

今週は、母校から封筒が届いた話です。開けてみると「春の選抜高校野球大会への出場が決まりました。カンパをお願いします」という内容でした。母校の出場が決まったのはとても嬉しくて、その話を番組でもしました。ただ、自分が在学していた頃は野球部自体がなかったので、なんだか不思議な気持ちにもなります。
もうすぐ桜が満開の季節。みなさんはどこへお花見に行きますか？

今週はサッカー観戦とメバルの話です。釣りには行っていませんが……。
FC今治 vs アルビレックス新潟の試合を応援しに行ってきました。サッカー観戦初心者の自分が改めて感じたことを話したのですが、知らないことばかりで逆にとても面白かったです。ヤジがほとんどないことや、年配のサポーターが多いことも意外でした。ホーム戦での敗戦は残念でしたが、次は勝ってくれることを願っています。
桜も咲き、いよいよ春本番。メバルの季節ですね。久しぶりに大下島あたりで釣りキャンプをしてみたいなと思っています。
