We cover all things cycling, training, fitness, nutrition, racing, and sports tech through our countless years of cycling. In short, we have seen some stuff, so we draw off our experiences as masters cyclists who have been training and racing for the better part of our adult lives. Our typical podcasts include a weekly recap of our training and racing (The Backpedal), recent cycling news (The Lead... more

I like this podcast, but I don't understand the Cavendish hate. He's clearly the best sprinter of all time, yet constantly piled on in this pod.
One of my favorites! Catch up on the latest cycling news from the resident expert, ever wonder what pro’s drink? Find out here!
The Dialed Podcast is one of my favorites! Their YouTube channel is also awesome and has a bunch of engaging content. One day, I want to be as cool as Lance
No doubt about it, these guys are pro and they race hard. I, however, am not and don’t. What keeps me subscribed is the humanity and camaraderie they bring to discussions about competitive cycling. Sure, the conversation is often about the podium, but these guys are considerate about the human condition that may or may not get you there. If you push pedals of any sort at any speed, you’ll find humor and inspiration in their weekly conversations.

To my surprise, I was immediately hooked. All 4 men are experts in their sports, extremely well spoken and very organized. I am new-ish to Cycling and have lots of gaps in my knowledge to fill.
In the last 2 weeks I have listened to about 80 episodes, and will be finishing off the rest very shor... more
