    Who can’t get over nor hide his political views and biases. Why is American Buddhism like this. It’s still attachment no matter how it’s framed.

    Love his wisdom, but socialism and oppressiveness is NOT acceptable nor wanted. It has no place in a mindfulness and awareness practice. Or life for that matter. EVER.

    You gently and accessibly introduce both the latest neuropsychology (no pressure on you to stay informed!) and age-old Buddhist wisdom. I am a contemplative elder Catholic with complex PTSD (newly recognized) and benefit from your free-range selection of topics.
