Byrnsie talks baseball the way he played it. As an A’s fan, I used to love watching him play the game like his hair was on fire. I am certain that “The Flip” would’ve never happened had Eric Byrnes been running for Jeremy Giambi on that ill-fated play. Love the podcast, keep bringing the juice!
This podcast is a must listen! Mr. Byrnes and Mr. Clark are the new dynamic duo! I love the stories, anecdotes and banter!
Quick story. I recently had a contractor do some work in my house. I have a small baseball memorabilia room in the basement. A few autographed balls. One was Will Clark. Well, I think on of the contractors team stole it! The funny part is that it was right next to Brooks Robinson, Griffey Jr, Lou Brock, and Pete Rose! They chose to steal the Will Clark ball over those ... more
I grew up watching Will Clark in college. I’m an Angels fan but Will is still one of my favorite hitters of all time. As for Byrnes I’m not sure anyone played as hard on every play as Eric Byrnes. What a great combo, what a great baseball pod. I could listen to these two talk baseball forever! Keep up the amazing work ⚾️
Two of the most entertaining people to listen to when it comes to baseball. Just like being back in the clubhouse and talking about the game with the boys and going over the latest and hottest topics. I love hearing Will’s take from his era which is what I grew up on, and then Burnsey’s perspective from when I played. Both of these guys speak from the heart and a true pro’s perspective. Gotta find out how to get on the show live and in the chat room.
Love the show and baseball discussion, both past and present!
