I heard recently that one of the best motivations is to listen to podcasts from people who are doing what you are working on and it’s true. I pop this podcast on and get to work knowing that I am not alone.
I am loving hearing about Kiya’s journey into her design career, and Rach’s perspective as she has dealt with a lot of the stumbling blocks of design career and studio ownership, as well as nurturing a junior designer.
