I like listening to this podcast not only to hear from designers but also Gail is very authentic in the way she shows up. If there is something going in the States, she’s not going to pretend like we are in a bubble. She’s not judgy or preachy but I appreciate her willingness to show her humanity and that of others. It lets me know what kind of business woman she is too! Appreciate the time you put into bringing us interesting guests weekly.
I find this empowering because it makes the process realistic. Reminds me to be respectful with the people one works with, to freely admire and to be 100% clear. If this happen well we are humans and as long as the parties respect each other it can be worked out. If not then separate… it’s okay. Also learning to not be afraid of trusting the experts.

This episode really spoke to me. It solidified many thoughts I had been having lately, but not taking seriously. Thank you for this affirmation. ❤️
Wha a joy you are, Gail! Thanks for keeping it real and sharing all of your wonderful knowledge and point of view.
