  • Ok but too many ads

I wanted to like this podcast. I tried to listen to one episode, and the first 15 minutes was 10 minutes of ads split between the first part and the middle. I get that people need to get paid, but they’re just way too many ads on this podcast to make it valuable.

The Truth About Peptides, NAD Injections, and GLP-1s with Dr. Taz Bhatia
Q: What are the most important internal drivers of general health and skin health people should focus on?
Four pillars: gut health, inflammation control, hormone balance, and cortisol/stress management, as these influence skin, hair, and overall vitality; addressing these first makes peptide and longevity interventions more effective.

Q: Tell me your thoughts on peptides.
Peptides are regenerative sequences that can be helpful in the right context, but they should be chosen based on lab results and overall health, layered onto foundational gut, inflammation, and hormone management rather than used haphazardly.
