Ich höre den Podcast schon länger genauso wie ich seit Jahren die 6-Minuten-Tagebücher benutze. Egal ob im Auto, morgens oder abends vor dem Schlafengehen, es ist immer eine Bereicherung und auch im stressigen Alltag und allgemein hilft sich besser zu fühlen und weiterzuentwickeln ohne Druck.
Ich bin sehr begeistert auch von den neuen Formaten mit mehreren Folgen zu einem Thema. Weiter so!!
