Season 2 Recap
We talk about the highs and lows of the season, tally up a few things, and take a quiz.
S02E26 Basics, Part 1
John from Trek Profiles gets down to “Basics” and talks about the final episode of season 2 with us.
S02E25 Resolutions
We’ve been marooned on a planet with Bill Mann from Trek Live and some kind of primate, so there’s nothing to do but build things out of wood and talk about this episode.
S02E24 Tuvix
We’ve merged with Ben Nielsen to talk about this one.
S02E23 The Thaw
In this episode, we determine that Voyager is responsible for all pop culture from the past 20 years, and Micheal McKean of Short Circuit 2 fame guest stars as “Fear”.
S02E22 Innocence
In this medium concept episode, Tuvok has to deal with a situation that tries his patience almost as much as Neelix does.
S02E20 Investigations
Recurring plotlines come to a head, Starfleet has shockingly bad security, and Neelix starts a morning show.
I stumbled across this because I thought it was Robbie and Garrett’s podcast decided I’d listen anyway. I can go along with some criticism but it is just over the top. Way too nitpicky for me. Still, I listen for about 6 episodes till I got sick of the constant tearing apart. Voyager fans are used to hearing this crap over and over. I enjoyed the two hosts sense of humor but I found the constant jabs annoying.
One of the strongest Trek podcasts out there, and especially fun to have this level of enthusiasm for Voyager, a show that sometimes gets overlooked. My only ‘critique,’ if it could be called that, is that I miss episodes! I know they have said that the podcast will return, but it’s been awhile! Hope to see a new Voyager conversation in my feed again soon.
I'm in the process of watching Voyager all the way through and Delta Flyer is a great resource for anyone who is either a casual or hardcore VOY fan. Stuart and Thad's observations are funny and insighful; they know their stuff. Highly recommended!
Love the podcast.
Just recently found this podcast and I love it. Watching voyager and listening to these guys talk about it is the highlight of my day
I’ve just started my watch of Star Trek Voyager and I love listening to these gents and their guests talk about each episode. It’s fun and always an enjoyable listen.
A fun discussion of each episode of Star Trek Voyager. I recommend you check it out!!
I have just discovered this, but am really enjoying it. The hosts have a great rapport and contagious love of Voyager, while still having fun with it's foibles. They tend to wander off topic, but it's always an entertaining journey, so this isn't a bad thing but adds to the show!
Found these guys from their first podcast Stargate Weekly, so awesome to have two shows from Thad and Stuart. Great to hear two fans talk about Star Trek: Voyager like only true fans can. Stuck with you guys for all seven years all the way.
After having some interaction with Thad on Twitter, he informed me that he and Stuart were about to start this podcast. Wanting to do a Voyager rewatch, I was excited about it because Thad knows his Trek.
Thad and Stuart have very good chemistry. I love how they start their episode discussion with the TV Guide synopsis and how it usually it not the best. While both are critical of episodes, there is a definite love for the show that it is not in any way mean spirited. I have been turn off... more
No charisma from the hosts, not entertaining, do they even like the shows they’re talking about?
