I had a baby in 2021 horrible ppd and anxiety I thought I would never get through it. I literally felt like I was loosing my mind. My husband found this podcast and it helped me so much!! In 2025 I had my second baby I again suffered with some pp issues but not as bad as the first time because of the tools I had through God experience and this podcast. Ariel you are a blessing!!!

I guess I neglected self care after I gave birth and two and half month postpartum, i began having post partum anxiety which is a part of PPd I was told.
