  • The bottom of the barrel

This podcast is everything that’s wrong with the country in a podcast. Wreckless… going to get people k1lled.. and straight up just a circle jerk for those that just don’t care about anything but themselves.. that includes the truth..

  • Slow downloading

I like the show. But, that doesn’t matter, because I can’t listen to it. It takes over two hours to get 40 minutes of audio. Every other podcast I listen to takes around five minutes to download an hour and a half of audio. When I leave for work, it’s never done downloading, so I have nothing to listen to while I work.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

#196: HOW THE ARCHERY INDUSTRY HAS EVOLVED with Jeff Poole
Q: What is the current state of bow hunting in America?
The state of bow hunting is strong and growing in participation, aided by programs like NASP and S3DA, with equipment improving but fewer innovations; overall the sport is expanding through education and community mentorship.
#195: WHAT THE DNR GETS WRONG with Jeremy Flinn
Q: Do we actually need more deer hunters in America?
While numbers matter for political and funding reasons, the episode suggests that adding hunter days and improving experiences—for both new and existing hunters—may be more important than simply increasing headcount.
#195: WHAT THE DNR GETS WRONG with Jeremy Flinn
Q: What are Deer Hunting's number one challenges for the next century?
Access remains the top challenge, with public-land competition, leasing, and changing ownership patterns constraining hunter opportunities and driving the need for smarter, managed access strategies.
#191: 10 HOT TAKES with Roger Raglin
Q: If you're going to go hunting tomorrow, bow, gun, or muzzleloader, which one are you picking up?
It doesn't really matter to me; I enjoy the thrill of hunting regardless of the weapon.
#191: 10 HOT TAKES with Roger Raglin
Q: You've been asked a million times, but I have to ask you: Where did your phrase Jiminy Christmas come from?
I got it from an Oklahoma Sooner football announcer back in the 60s and 70s who would shout it when Oklahoma scored a touchdown.
