Unfortunately, I often hear definitions on this show that are inaccurate and don’t think the hosts have much of a background or basic knowledge of commercial real estate. It sounds like a school project narrated by Quinn and Stacy from Daria. I recommend the Trepp Podcast if you want something with some more substance
