And they all need some help/comfort/encouragement. There's plenty of that here, all coming from someone who understands just how hard it can be.

I stumbled across this podcast the day it aired and I’m so glad I did. There are plenty of grad student podcasts, but Elana is a great host who keeps it light and informative! That can be a tough balance, but she does it so well. I’m a second year psych PhD student and I love hearing the different perspectives of the students across different years! You must subscribe.
