  • Amazing

Dawn is the voice of the friend who’s gone through the things you are now going through. The one who pours you a cup of tea and shares her wisdom. The friend who’s house you leave feeling lighter and full of purpose. She somehow manages to do that through this podcast and it is worth the listen.

  • Wide breadth of information for those that are divorced or married

A mentor once suggested a book to me that he wished he had read when he was happily married. I see that in this podcast. While there are some specifics for divorce, it also helps navigate issues before you get there (ie confronting past trauma). Great information from what sounds like a well-read psychologist with plenty of clinical experience.
