Listening to the podcast episode and it hits so real and puts words and depth to something I know to be true deep down but didn’t have expression for.
A mentor once suggested a book to me that he wished he had read when he was happily married. I see that in this podcast. While there are some specifics for divorce, it also helps navigate issues before you get there (ie confronting past trauma). Great information from what sounds like a well-read psychologist with plenty of clinical experience.
