This is a podcast where I read from my teenage diaries and my husband and the occasional guest make fun of me or validate my memoirs. We talk big issues I faced and that teenagers today have to deal with too. I have 22 diaries in total spanning from 12 years old up until about 19. We're going start to finish, so you can dip in wherever you like or start at Episode 1 for the total story!

Dear Diary Keep Out is such a great, simple and creative premise. It's funny, the hosts are engaging, and it's a fascinating look back into the awkward times from younger days. Beyond that, it often explores the issues in context to the things discussed from the diary. It's endearing and genuine. Give them a listen and subscribe now!

Thank goodness I burned all of my old diaries. I could never do this but I love that you’re doing it! 😂 Absolutely love it!
Listening to Lauren sharing her personal stories from her youth is like a glimpse into my own struggles as a young girl - discovering who I was, hating boys in my class and people that made fun of me, and just the overall awkwardness of going through puberty.
Hearing how her life has changed since these times, and reflecting with her husband on some of her more ridiculous writings is such a refreshing listen. Highly, HIGHLY recommend.
Cracking podcast, am trying not to binge listen too much as I don't want to run out... the plan is failing as I'm over halfway through the available episodes. Great hosts and a really good listen. You should absolutely subscribe to hear more of this gem.
Omg....this podcast makes me feel totally nostalgic. There is something so naive, yet incredibly poetic about the musings of a pre-teen-teenage girl. The insecurities, the hopes, the dreams. This is such an innovative podcast. I love it and hope you will check it out too.
The concept of this podcast is nuts, I love it. Laying it all out for everyone to hear about the joys of teenage life, very brave. The host is a great storyteller!

What a wholesome podcast. Speaking as an American, I felt like I got way more than I bargained for in terms of getting an insight of an 11 year old girl in early 2000s Britian. But what really sells this podcast for me was the chemistry between Sean and Lauren; you can tell that despite the banter about the absurdity of the thoughts of a young girl, they do care for each other and it only makes the humor better

As an American, I feel like after listening to this podcast, I understand what being a teenage girl in England than I do my own. Lauren and Sean have great chemistry together and it is easy to tell once you listen to this. They may poke fun at the absurdity of the thoughts of an angsty teenage girl, but it is out of love.
My first episode was was Chubeular Bells, where she talks about the rainy last day of school saying goodbye to her friends. It is bittersweet, funny (mostly because of Sean's... more
A super wholesome podcast.
I love the chemistry between Lauren and Sean, and getting into the insights of an eleven year old girl in Britain. The inside jokes between them and Brit culture really make this pod stand out.

While listening I constantly found myself asking, are we sure it wasn’t my diary she’s reading? I loved being put smack dab back at age 11 and feeling everything Lauren read. Can’t wait to keep listening!!
