This podcast is the real deal when it comes to better yourself and stopping aspects in your life that have a negative impact. Episodes are life changing.
I was at EPIC 2025 and sat in on Brenda’s session of mind renewal and knew in that hour session that I just wanted and NEEDED to learn more and be able to apply it to my daily life. I love that she uses Biblical teaching with scientific facts, along with her own experiences. She is relatable, wise, and intelligent. Thank you, Brenda, for this teaching and I am excited to hear/learn more and apply it to my life.
The topics Brenda is teaching on has been transformational to my life. Having a more practical understanding on how to take our thoughts captive and obedient to God’s word is so powerful! These teachings have taken me out of victim mentality and empowered me to think more like a conqueror in and through Christ.
I love the podcast. Brenda teaches through her own life experiences. It’s informative but explained in simple terms.
We are learning not only the why but how to change our lives. Can’t wait for the next episode.
This podcast is not just something you will listen to and go about your day forgetting you even heard it. This is a show that helps you learn skills that are relatable and relational. Renewing your mind is so important. Brenda takes you step by step how to take the word of God and relate it to your own healing journey. Love this podcast!
