Wir wollen Ketchup aus einem Guss und Schokolade ohne Fettschicht obendrauf. Dafür brauchen wir Emulgatoren – die sind aber besonders wegen eines Forscherteams in Verruf geraten.

Bakterien machen aus Milch Käse und sie machen die Salami rot. Aber auch Viren werden immer beliebter in der Lebensmittelindustrie.

Klar, nur 5 Minuten pro Podcast, aber die Folgen sind etwas flach, was wirkliche Information angeht und das, was man erfährt, ist auch etwas unkritisch.
Bin ein bisschen enttäuscht.
