I have been listening for a few months by now, coming from a harsh moment in life and absolutely no knowledge of taoism at all. With Kit's deep knowledge and experience about the subject and his precise ability to turn it into practical advice for modern life, as well as his gentle, articulate and full of humor manner of narrating, I am certain I've improved my life. I am very thankful to him and the work he has done and is still doing.
Living in the Netherlands, I came to know about Taoism through my experience in Chinese martial arts (Wing Chun and Tai Chi), but Taoism always remained an interesting but abstract concept. Recently, because of my changing personal circumstances, I started trying to live by the Taoist principles. This podcast series helps me a lot with practical tips and insights. I like the down-to-earth approach, the calm voice, the humor, and the honesty.

The host uses personal stories, actionable routines, and relatable metaphors (golf, cooking, crafts) to show how Taoist concepts such as Wu Wei, presence, and energy cycles can improve focus, resilience, and relationships in modern life. A standout trait is a consistent emphasis on integrating philosophy with concrete habits rather than treating Taoism as abstract doctrine, making it accessible to busy professionals ... more
