  • Meh

The general theme of the show is “MIC Military Industrial Complex is BAD!” Yet Col. Dan, Larry Johnson, Matt Hoh, Bracken, Wilkerson and the vast majority of his guests spent years receiving a paycheck (and currently pensions!) from (yep, you guessed it) the Military Industrial Complex. Why are they just now warning us after full tenure, retirement and cushy pensions? Why not warn us years ago when they were active duty? Fear? Indifference? Cowardice? I don’t know the answer. Larry Johnson seem... more

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Trump's Negotiating on IRAN's TERMS / Scott Horton & Lt Col Daniel Davis
Q: What is the likelihood of a negotiated outcome given current hawkish pressures?
They discuss a potential whispered understanding and the role of diplomacy, suggesting that while talks may continue, hardline actors on both sides could drive limited tit-for-tat actions rather than a broad settlement.
Trump's Negotiating on IRAN's TERMS / Scott Horton & Lt Col Daniel Davis
Q: Are we going to go back to full scale war?
The guest and host acknowledge uncertainty and emphasize that the decision would depend on political calculations, potential costs, and perceived options; they note that current forces and international dynamics make a large-scale return unlikely or impractical.
MIT Prof TED POSTOL: Missiles & Missile Defense: The Accuracy Myth
Q: And you say, that's not a problem, because you can see the intercepts on video—how do you reconcile that with the claim of a 90% intercept rate?
Video evidence shows very few successful intercepts; the apparent high rate comes from contractor slides, not from verifiable data, and independent analyses confirm the discrepancy.
Israeli Aggression Fueled by U.S. /Ana Kasparian
Q: What are your thoughts on the evolving peace process and the MOU in the context of Israel and Lebanon?
Anna Kasparian offers a critical view of how internal U.S. politics and the broader regional ambitions of Israel complicate any straightforward path to peace, arguing that unchecked alignment with Israeli policy risks sidelining American interests and public opinion.
Scott Ritter: Russia Warns Ukraine Allies
Q: How does the guest view Ukraine's drone program and its impact on the war?
Ritter contends that Ukraine's drone program has limited battlefield effectiveness, with many drones failing to hit targets, and accuses Ukrainian leadership of engaging in a costly propaganda effort rather than a sustainable military strategy.
