Definitely not a dad, but I do love running and I love their moment and sunny sixteen channel and how the vibe they have there leaks into this. Got a shoulder injury and so this got me back into running after years of not doing it when running became all I could do 🔥 5 stars would recommend!
Great pod for us runners!
This pod is great for runners who aren’t elite and maybe don’t even run at all but are interested. Their honesty about their own training and life surrounding running and time management with all the other commitments we have in life is great! Used to watch them on Moment’s YouTube channel all the time. I’m a videographer, photographer, runner, and lap swimmer so this podcast is perfect for me! Really good hosts.
