Definitely not a dad, but I do love running and I love their moment and sunny sixteen channel and how the vibe they have there leaks into this. Got a shoulder injury and so this got me back into running after years of not doing it when running became all I could do 🔥 5 stars would recommend!

Used to watch them on Moment’s YouTube channel all the time. I’m a videographer, photographer, runner, and lap swimmer so this podcast is perfect for me! Really good hosts.
