雖然疫情當前，大家都繃緊神經
但在努力防疫的同時，

回顧我從結婚到現在胖了9公斤
這紮實的肉肉在我身上流連忘返不肯離去，不知道媽媽們有跟我一樣的困擾嗎？
所以乾脆來分享家庭主婦能做的控制身形對策！
1。買菜接小孩多走路
但要儲備體力帶小孩，所以不能走太遠太久～不然沒力追小孩就gg了
2。在家趁孩子睡了或乾脆帶孩子一起運動
YouTube上面很多影片能跟著做
我選做Tabata 或hiit 等高強度間歇運動，能比較節省時間並且後續持續燃燒脂肪

這週剛好哥哥生病在家休息，想跟大家來聊關於家長們碰到都會非常緊張的「小兒熱筋攣」
我們家哥哥從3歲開始第一次熱筋攣，到目前已經有過4次，其實分享這個經驗時，我一直內心浮現滿滿的心疼
一個才6歲多的孩子已經經歷了好幾次的熱筋攣
但真的遇到了，我們要冷靜沈著的應對，好好幫他調養和注意
因為真的不知道下一次什麼時候會再發作
熱筋攣通常是發燒時，因為體溫上升太快所造成腦部不正常的放電，就會引起像「當機」一般，伴隨抽搐等症狀
上網爬文看到醫生的文章寫「熱筋攣通常是良性的疾病」
其中很大的原因來自遺傳... more
