每當發生一些重大的社會案件，總是引發大眾討論我們的社會如何接住這些社會邊緣或是弱勢的人們。衛服部有一個「社會安全網」的計畫，結合了不同部會資源，成為一張大網，來協助面臨困境的脆弱家庭。
今天我們特別邀請到計畫參與者的台大社工系教授，並曾獲得保護服務工作最高榮譽「第六屆紫絲帶獎」特別貢獻獎的劉淑瓊老師，以及台北市南港區心衛中心執行秘書楊士雍，和我們一起來聊聊『社會安全網』，它如何在危急時刻接住一個家庭，也讓我們看見復原的可能。
