I appreciate your thoughtfulness and devotion to connecting God’s Word to current events. I have felt a bit homeless over the past 5 years, as someone who loves Jesus but does not align with the perspectives of so many in the US who claim Christian faith. Also, born in MN but raised in Europe. Appreciate the MN here.
My faith has been extremely damaged by right wing political evangelicals and their so called “Christian”followers. It helps to know there are evangelicals like Pat that actually follow Christ and his teachings and recognize Trump is destroying our country!
It’s my favorite podcast and I listen to many!
A clarion call to a portion of the church in America who have been seduced by the desire for political power and thereby wandered from the ways of Jesus.
I wish this channel and Tim Alberta’s book had existed in 2017, but I’m so glad that I have found it now. I wish one of these gentlemen was my pastor. I have become awakened to a culture that surrounds me, and it is a blessing to know that there are other Christians who are witnessing the same. This channel is such a blessing to my soul.
