I have listened to this meditation for years now and still wait eagerly for each new one to drop. I go back on those I have saved and find them all to be an incredible blessing. Typically, I hop on my peloton and listen while I ride in the mornings as I spend time with the Lord. She has done a marvelous job of creating space for God to do amazing work through the Holy Spirit. Highly recommend this podcast!

Calm, scripture-centered meditations that help listeners slow down, reflect on God's Word, and cultivate a personal spiritual practice. The episodes consistently center biblical passages, guided breathing, and devotional prompts, often running in multi-week series to build a cohesive spiritual theme. Noteworthy are the soothing production values, practical prayer prompts, and a focus on renewals of mind and heart through scripture-led reflection. This show is likely to appeal to Christians seeking contemplative, faith-based practices rather than traditional teaching or sermons, with an emphasis on quiet time and daily spiritual growth.
