  • Extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to cinema

These guys know their stuff. They do thorough analyses of each film and Critically Acclaimed is a great companion piece to Linoleum Knife and Breakfast All Day (my other two favorite movie podcasts). They also dedicate hours and hours of their time on their Patreon site and respond to their listeners in detail if you send them a letter. Excellent podcast!

Whit and Bibs are a lot of fun! They give great reviews of movies and provide interesting background on the movies they review. I really enjoy the Iron List episodes. Definitely check out this podcast!

This is disappointing because there are several points where this is the case. This gives the impression that he didn’t care to pay much attention, potentially because of biases he already had... more

  • Kind of Complainy

They review movies full time and are sent screeners, yet complain a lot about not having enough time to see recent releases (especially William). Whitney with an e is pretty funny though.
