  • Bay Area nostalgia

I was from the Bay Area and had not heard of the rest stop killer before. It honestly took me a bit to figure out this was fiction but I’m still a big fan. I love it. The zodiac appears frequently, which was enough for me!

  • A bright gem in a dark space

I’ve been really enjoying this. It feels like a literary podcast with true crime and society in general as the main characters. “Chase” is the best.

  • Top tier

I need 729 seasons of this injected into my veins. The host’s delivery is damn near perfect, along with his storytelling. His extra sidetracks where he “nerds out” are often compelling. They lead me down a google rabbit holes learning about Habitus or other pieces of human behavious. I can’t wait for more. He has a very sociological way of approaching each story that leaves bias and political agendas out of the story - unlike other popular crime podcasts.
