Feedback for the hosts, I wish Debra would let Robert speak More, and not cut him off. Thank you
This podcast blends psychology, neuroscience, and spirituality in the most beautiful way. Robert and Debra are brilliant and kind. I was just on the show to talk about my new book Meditation for the Real World. Robert asked me insightful questions. I am now a subscriber to the podcast and YouTube channel!
