  • Fantastic podcast

This podcast blends psychology, neuroscience, and spirituality in the most beautiful way. Robert and Debra are brilliant and kind. I was just on the show to talk about my new book Meditation for the Real World. Robert asked me insightful questions. I am now a subscriber to the podcast and YouTube channel!

  • Great content

Love this podcast. I have started from the beginning and I am enjoying all of the episodes. Inspiring and informative. Highly recommend. I also can understand what they’re talking about which is great. They discuss some heavy concepts but are always careful to dissect it in a way anybody can understand and see how it applies to their own life.

  • She needs to let him talk more

Great content, but As soon as he gets on a roll and is about to say something profound, she takes over and talks too much and rambles on in every episode. And she references herself

And her life too much in other episodes too.

However, I’ve started to find other aspects of the podcast a bit repetitive, like hearing about Debi’s love life, Denver years or her alleged six-figure salary show after show, year after year. Those things get mentioned in almost every single episode, which doesn’t add much if any value to the show. As a listene... more
