Despite me not living in the US, it’s clear that news from the US affects us all. And knowing that we see crazy things in the news and people pretend it’s normal, it can be very distressing thinking that I seemed like I was the only one thinking it was crazy. Seeing these guys reacting similar to me makes me feel like I’m not the strange one in this world. So thanks guys!
My favorite show with two guys yapping with a lot of Alex impersonations. Only thing that would make it better would be an add free option
I have been rewatching all of the pods and I came across the “Mamdani in MTG out” episode. There is this part where Alex points out how Phil holds his face. I have not been able to NOT notice it in every single episode I’ve watched since. I love the pod and want y’all to know there is a young blue dot in Texas and thank y’all for letting me know I’m not alone. Stay Angry 💙
P.S. Would love even more episodes in this hellscape we live in.
I’ve been following Phil a while and more recently started following Alex, let me just say I wish you guys could deliver all the news to us! Phil brings the calm, cool, and rational side and Alex personifies all the frustration and anger we all feel, and they both bring the receipts! This podcast is informative and therapeutic! Keep it up!!!
Hey guys - love the show. Look forward to it every week and love how the two of you compliment each other in these troubling times. Did want to make you both aware from the ads the appeared in the middle of the episode, got a voice over of Jessie Waters from Fox News promoting Fox 1. Not sure if you were aware but thought it would be good to know.
Take it easy! Keep up the good work.

A fast, provocative news-and-culture show delivered as sharp, high-energy banter between two hosts. Episodes skew toward political analysis, media critique, and current events, with rapid-fire takes, pop-culture tangents, and a steady flow of sponsor reads. The duo often riffs on how politics intersects with entertainment, tech, and online discourse, delivering accessible explanations, strong opinions, and receipts-driven storytelling. Notable strengths include a dynamic host dynamic, irreverent tone, and a willingness to push back against mainstream narratives while keeping the conversation anchored in current events and real-world implications.
