  • LAME

Two politically correct liberals trying to be funny talking about politics. It’s lame.

  • This show me feel sane in this crazy world

I’ve followed Phil for years, and he is generally my main daily bite new source in the overwhelming news cycle. Alex feels like Phil’s anger translator. The pair I never expected & I didn’t know I needed in my life. Thanks so much for putting this together.

  • The Jekyll and Hyde of Political Commentary

The show works best when Phil takes Alex on a walk like an under exercised puppy.

  • Pathetic. Just pathetic.

This was an unneeded lesson in cognitive bias. And what happens when you give middling minds a microphone to reach a middling audience. The betadom is ever present as expected. Philip DeFranco should just go back to what he does best — Ron Ronsmith.

  • Highly useful and cathartic rants and perspectives from the USA

I recently rediscovered Phil DeFranco on TikTok, after following him on YouTube a while back, and have also been a fan of Alex Pearlman’s rants. Putting these two together is perfect - Alex’s hysteria exemplifies our feelings in these increasingly insane times, and Phil’s measured and informed delivery provides an excellent counterpoint. As a Brit, it’s become my favourite podcast to find out and explore what’s happening from a US perspective.

Q: Should I leave the United States because of the path it's on, or is that a doomsday prepper level of worry?
If you can and it makes you feel better, then give it a try. But travel to the place you're going to move to first. Make sure it's cool. The grass isn't always greener everywhere else.
