Hearing Mrs&Mr P talk about random topics with such passion is such a joy. I’m glad to see more people whose brain works like mine. I have so many things in common with Mr P: love for history; tendency to yell passionately; knowledge of the internet culture and absolute love and admiration for Mrs P!
TMT is a great podcast. It's funny and interesting. I can't help but feel that as it saw massive success, it scaled up and lost some authenticity and close-knit "listening to friends" feel in exchange for a more formulaic polished feel. Other podcasts that have experienced rapid success went through similar scale ups and adapted the format a bit to reach a broader audience.
It's still a great podcast-extremely witty and interesting. The Pearlmans deserve their success.
If you love laughing and going down rabbit holes that you never knew existed, this show is for you. You two rock!
If you’ve been looking for a podcast with hosts that are normal people with normal views who actually enjoy each other…you found it.
I have been gluttonous with this podcast. Frankly I am upset I have found this series so soon in its run, because I have almost completed the entire backlog of show. What will I do when I have to wait between episodes?! The Pearlmans are funny, educated, accurate, and astute. Whether the topic is current, or a dive in history, every gripping minute is the highlight of my entertainment consumption that day.

A humorous history-and-trivia show hosted by a husband-and-wife duo (with occasional additional co-hosts) that riffs on diverse topics—from pop culture scandals to historical Deep Dives—through rapid-fire tabbed storytelling and banter. Episodes blend entertaining storytelling with sharp commentary, often weaving in branding mentions and sponsor reads in a way that mirrors many modern branded podcasts. Listeners appreciate the fast, personable chemistry, accessible history, and the show's ability to mix lessons with laughter. A standout is the recurrence of two main hosts whose dynamic anchors the show while occasional guests or recurring contributors add extra texture.
