  • Best podcast for band people

I found this podcast via the Guitardads podcast‘s shared episode with Adam as a guest host. In October 2025 I started listening to all the episodes starting with episode one up to the most recent episodes. Adam and Dan are seasoned Coverband musicians and are savvy in all aspects of the domain. I love that the podcast not only focuses on gear but provides a wealth of insight and info on being a Coverband musician and a bandleader. As a ln amateur I dig all the shared wisdom about business, brand... more

  • Great show!

First off, love the show, 5 stars! Adam & Dan provide really great and sensible advice for musicians who enjoy the craft of making music and playing live.

Show topic for you all if you need one: This may be a little long but I’d love to hear your take. First off, I’m in a band called Craig James & The Hawthorns out of the Portland, Oregon area. We’re an original band (mostly) in the pop-punk emo variety (or so we’ve been told). How do you all feel about a band that bounces back and forth betwee... more

  • Best Pod to Help All Bands!

I am in the cover band Taking Off Monday out of Cleveland, Ohio. I have been listening for more than a year and still working to get through the back catalogue. There is so much information in this pod to help every cover band.

My main topic I would like hear discussed would be about gig pay. You touch on it in certain episodes but a deep dive on expectations would be greatly appreciated.
