  • „What We Want You To Believe“

The main aim of this podcast appears to be to promote the journalists who create it, and if that means bending the truth, they don’t hesitate to do so.

The breaking point for me was the episode about offenders being paid to leave Britain.

Key facts, barely mentioned; it’s been going on for years; the amount is _up to_ £2000 but almost always much less; it’s cheaper than keeping them in jail here, supporting them on the welfare state or fighting in the courts to deport.

But because the reporter h... more

Totally biased on many topics. We need true unbiased journalism to hold our governments to account, unfortunately this simply doesn’t happen anymore. It’s as if the legacy media have been “captured “.

Clearly the reporters did not understand the system of medicines regulation in the UK, with suggestions that the general public could buy this prescription-only medicine easily if only they could afford it. Both wrong and dangerous. Why did no one seek medical input eg from the ABPI? From a qualified health practitioner?

Just a poor quality report, with insufficient research to be properly informative. If this represents the p... more

  • A show that captures most of the important points

Informative and factual, albeit a little woke at times with a slight anti Tory bias. Peston is the worst thing example when he does a cameo. Journalists need to stop sourcing only people with poor financial outlooks and creating the impression that it’s the majority that face financial Armageddon, it’s tough we get it.US and Ukraine coverage is the best aspect. Tom Bradby’s delivery bus excellent
