There is so much to the podcast and like the choccie bar you don’t know what’s coming but it’s all delightful. more
The idea for this podcast is great. So many women are focused on getting fit and being healthy. It just seems odd listening to someone who clearly has an issue with over exercising and under eating. Something just seems a bit off about it.
I’m a big fan of this podcast, love the whole premise - health and fitness isn’t an all or nothing. BALANCE is key!!
