    If you want to direct commercials, it's helpful to study how ads are generated before we filmmakers get to bid on them. This shows th work and strategy and huge collaboration needed to create ads. Much appreciate how Creative Directors lead the team! Thank you for the show.

Don't be afraid to tell us what we're going wrong. You know, there's nothing that I love more than turning up to a meeting with somebody who's like 10, 15 years younger, and they're going to be 20 years younger than me soon. If they have an idea, I want to hear it.
