Such a great listen on a much needed topic!
This is a great show that brings fresh perspectives to an age old problem. They provide clear and useful takeaways for professional and personal relationships. An overall great listen!
Interesting ideas with very practical applications. I especially appreciated the stories and examples given; that makes it so much easier to learn and apply what they are saying.
This podcast is one of my favorites because not only is it a great example of clear communication but you can apply it to so many aspects of your life! I have seen myself use the skills taught in the podcast in other areas outside of my work. It’s really nice to be able to learn and quickly add the tools into any conversation with others and even myself. It helps you pause and take a second to become more present and less wrapped up in your own feelings or reactions. 12/10 would recommend!
