... as in my home away from home. I have a wonderful church home in Atlanta, The Parish, and I've never even been to Calgary! But I am a "regular attendee" at Commons via their podcasts. I want to be Bobbi when I grow up (though I think I'm older than she is)! Such lovingly crafted sermons -- I can feel my soul getting more spacious as I walk a quiet back road and listen.
Love these sermons, I feel like I learn so much from all the pastors’ sermons, but especially Jeremy’s. The thing that makes these sermons stand out is the cultural/historical/linguistic information provided while always highlighting Jesus and his message. Love people, love God, tell the story.
I wish more “Christian” media came from their perspective. More televangelists should listen to this.
While on vacation in Calgary years ago a friend took me to his church. The young pastor that day, Jeremy, unknowingly planted a seed that I should move to Calgary.
